DELIVERY INFORMATION
WHICH COUNTRIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY?
We deliver to all countries of the European Union, except of Malta (see table). New is shipping to Ireland. For technical reasons, it is not yet possible for us to deliver to other countries .
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We offer the shipping method DHL Standardversand International. This costs between €5.90 and €7.90 for delivery within the EU. You can find a detailed overview of the current shipping costs for all delivery countries here. Return costs are always included. In some countries, we also offer faster shipping with DHL Premium.

WHICH PACKING MATERIAL IS USED?
We do not send in plastic mailing bags. Only sensitive individual parts receive separate protection. Instead, we only use FSC-certified cardboard boxes from ecologically sustainable, socially beneficial and economically profitable management of forests.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES?
The delivery time by DHL Standardversand is usually approx. 3-6 working days after ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot process your order on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
In Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium, you have the option of choosing the DHL Premium service for €7.90. If we receive your order Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) by 12 noon as DHL Premium, it will be processed by us and handed over to DHL on the same day. Otherwise the order is guaranteed to be processed by us on the next working day. Delivery usually takes place on the following two working days. Please understand that we no longer have any influence on the delivery time once the parcel has left our warehouse. When shipping with DHL Premium, the parcel does not have to be accepted in person.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an e-mail including the DHL tracking number. With help of the following link you have the possibility to track the delivery of your goods: dhl.de/en/tracking
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE WHEN THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED?
If the parcel delivery personnel cannot reach you or anybody in your household or your neighbourhood, you will get a DHL notice. Your package will be stored in the nearest mailroom. You can pick up your package here within the next 7 days. For detailed information please read the DHL notice.
WHERE DOES MARC AUREL DELIVER TO?
The package is delivered to any adress you like within the EU (except of Malta). That means that you can give a different delivery adress, which is not similar to your billing adress. Nevertheless your billing adress needs to be similar to the adress of your principal residence.

RETURN INFORMATION
HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS?
If you do not like the ordered items, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt. Customers from Germany can use the attached items return note and the return sticker for a return free of charge.
Customers from all other countries can request a return label free of charge via e-mail to eshop@marc-aurel.com or WhatsApp at +49 151 - 22 73 76 89.
To optimize our products we ask you to fill in the return note with your reason of return.To guarantee an efficient processing of your returned items please remember to return all items labeled and with its supplies. Please make sure that the items are in their original condition and unworn. We will not take back items showing lipstick or make-up stains or holding a smell.
If wished, you can hand in your returns to a post office. You will find the nearest receiving office at dhl.de/en/.
We recommend retaining the original receipt of postage issued to you when you return items. This receipt is useful for cases of enquiries about your order or in rare cases of loss of shipment.

HOW MUCH ARE THE RETURN COSTS?
The return costs are included in the delivery costs. You can find the costs for shipping and return via DHL from your country in the table on the top.
You can order a free return label from our customer service.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE THE PRODUCTS DIRECTLY?
Unfortunately it is not possible to directly exchange items without placing a new order. Feel free to order a variety of sizes and colors. Items you do not like or which do not fit you can easily and free of charge be returned within 14 days of receipt.
HOW DOES THE RETURN WORK?
After having checked your returns, repayment will be made to your account immediately. Items must be free from signs of use. All items which bear clear signs of use (make-up or lipstick stains, odor etc.) cannot be accepted. Repayment will be conformed to your previously chosen option of payment.
